Handling & care

All our products are meant to be comfortably worn, giving the person no discomfort or pain. Most of the coconut, wood, horn and bone ear rings have a small hand made polished post that will pass through the ear being of a size that will cause no problems to any regular size ear ring hole.

Care is required  with expanders and plugs, the hole in the ear needs to meet the required size of the expander or plug.

we always inform our customers, that to expand an ear hole is a gradual process starting from: 2-3 mm and slowly working the way up.. to a larger gauge

With the fake expanders there is a 1.1mm silver bar passing through the ear, making it possible for a person with a regular size ear ring hole to be able to wear a 10mm fake expander for example, with out stretching the ear hole.

It is very important to keep piercings in a hygienic state at all times and clean them on a daily basis. It is not intended that our jewellery be worn in any piercing that has not properly healed  with any of the natural materials.

If an allergic reaction was to occur we recommend you cease wearing the item immediately.

To aid the insertion of the jewellery, a bit of olive oil, jojoba or vitamin 'e' oil should be applied to the jewellery or the piercing.

 

Ordering and payments

To make an order please fill in the form in the cart, and submit the order to us, you will get a reply via e-mail from us confirming the order.

Payments into our bank account are required before we send  the order.

All payments to coco roots are via bank transfer

Once the order has been made and processed then these details will be given

directly to the customer.

All payments are to be made in Euros/u.s dollar

Please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be processed and make

sure you put the correct information when making the payment.

Only once the payment has been recieved will the goods be sent to the customer

 

There is a minimum order of 100 € for a sale to proceed You will get 20% when you order 300 € and up you will get 40% discount when you spend 1000 € and up

Payment of postage and handling cost are met by the customer, and depend upon the weight of the order, we will notify you of the exact postage and handling cost.

Please allow 7-14 days for receiving the products once the payment has been made and confirmed. If you would like to work with a particular courier like: DHL, EMSor other please inform us about it.

 

Returns

If any of the goods are for some reason faulty, damaged or not the item ordered, you must contact us with in 48 hours of delivery, we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage incurred by the customer in returning the item.

All items should be returned by recorded mail, as this is traceable.
